#176: Arguments

Something like this will always happen. "Why didn't you tell me earlier?" --> "I thought you knew about it".  Arguments tend to happen just because of the minor-est thing. and sometimes, 

miscommunication is the root of all arguments.

So I was a lil' angry with my significant other before dinner and I got so frustrated about it. I walked away hoping to clear my mind, and the next moment I was thinking it's not a big matter after all. In fact I realized that the reason that I am angry doesn't make sense at all. Why would I got myself so angry and frustrated just because we have different opinions. 

The thing about relationship is, we are still two different individuals, we have our own thinking and our own way of doing things. We might argue over the smallest, littlest, silliest things ever, which these are just something that helped us in understanding each other. At the same time, bringing two different minds into the same equilibrium. and these reasons made arguments into a good after effect in the end, we learned more bout ourselves and each other at the same time bringing us closer together. 

I was at the wrong, and I apologize immediately when I managed to cool things down. Things didn't got worst, and we had our dinner peacefully. Sometimes, arguments are good for relationship. These unhappiness might would just make two person understand each other better. Sometimes it's not the happy moments that build the relationship. The unhappy moments certainly do weigh a lot in it too.

#1 So this was during my mid-semester break few weeks ago, where we celebrated one of our good friend's birthday at Three Little Pigs & Big Bad Wolf - Bangsar Village. It's a pretty trendy place recently where so many good reviews about it online. Finally I got to try it myself and gosh, it's really thumbs up. Thou the service was not that friendly, probably it's just peak hour. This is the Mighty Piggy Burger as you can see there's egg, cheese and fat juicylicious pork patty serving at only rm24, a rather affordable price with this huge portion. Certainly yummier than the one I had at The Hungry Hog in my previous post. 

#2 Egg Royale Salmon! Ahh, I love how the smoked salmon taste. So into salmon these days especially the raw ones and thinking how I reject these food last time, I felt so silly only to discover the heaven in it only recently. Ahahah! At only rm19, but I guess the portion ain't suitable to be eaten during lunch time. 

#3 Soft shell crab burger. It's yummy but not recommended to big eater because it wouldn't be enough for them. Definitely going back to Three Little Pigs & Big Bad Wolf again, I wanna try their Eggs Benedict. :D 

#4 On a Tuesday night, we went for dinner at this burger shop again - Burgertory @SS15 where the shop concept is like a laboratory, reminds me of our Kemahiran Hidup workplace thou during the high school days. Oh gosh, how many burgers have I consumed recently. D: ordered the Burgertory Classic with cheddar mild cheese and superb thick juicylicious pork patty inside (the pork patty kinda felt like minced meat thou), too lazy to upload the picture already. Ahahah! 

#5 Ending this post with super unglamour food. Not any trendy restaurant that I went recently, not burger, just a rather simple-normal-usual-nothing special spaghetti produced from my kitchen. Ahahaha! You can't really see there's actually loads of eggs & chilli tuna inside in right?

#166: Vacation

#1 My tired face after travelling for a long journey. My first dinner *jeng jeng jeng, of course it's the otak-otak! Who actually goes to Johor without eating otak-otak right?

#4 Vain picture while everyone was busying preparing food for BBQ session. I did helped okay, learned how to poke chicken wings into the BBQ stick. Can proudly say that I master poking bbq chicken wings skill already. Hahaha!

#8 We had this games session where we were all divided into 2 groups. A vacation with friends wouldn't be fun & complete without the games.

#10 Ending this post with this Penang Bridge alike - bidding goodbye to Johor River Bridge. T_T Vacation is always so fun and nice, but coming back to reality? Time to be prepared.

Looks like I haven't been updating this space of mine for sucha long time. So I thought probably I could put up some food pictures and make this place looks interesting again. I am sooooo hungry right now! There's one common thing that I share with my significant other, which we both love eating. However, the contrary part was he loves bitter gourd. and it's a BIG no-no to me. He can eat ginger. I have to pick up every single ginger that I see. He can eat super duper hot chilli. I can eat very mild type, or ketchup will be the best. Since pan mee xx burger xx nasi lemak are my favorite, it automatically became his favorite too. You see how this works? He cannot say no to my favorite food but who can actually resist pan mee xx burger xx nasi lemak? They are the best creation xx best food ever okay. Everytime when it comes to meal time, pan mee & burger will pop up 1st. Woohooo! So that's why this explained the pictures below. Best thing ever to happen? #nomsnoms & #food 

#1 This was during a fine Saturday. We spent dinner time with his two other buddies @The Hungry Hog, SS15 which serves affordable porkilicious dishes. It was quite good, wad's important was the juicylicious pork patty. As for the fries, it's just some normal fries. Not as unique as the one @The Burger Lab. 

#2 Since the significant other promised to bring me to The Burger Lab for my 2nd visit, he actually made up to his promise. :D I love their charcoal burger and the chicken patty, and also their fries and the sauce. Everything is yummy just that the downside probably will be the queuing part & limited seats part. 

#3 Treated the mumsie & significant other @Kissaten, IOI Boulevard during Mother's Day. So wad you are looking at will be Char Siew Pizza. Ain't that unique? It doesn't come in a huge pizza size like how the ones you ate at Dominos. It came in a fairly medium size plate. There's loads of char siew and the taste was not bad too. 

#4 Now you know the main reason I picked Kissaten would probably because of their famous Teriyaki Pork Burger. At only RM13.90, the portion is very huge. and the best thing is the pork patty was extremely juicier as compared to above. Definitely a must try! (Y)

#5 I've never tried Nando's, so on a special day and a special date. The significant other brought me here. The chicken definitely taste yummier than Kenny Roger's, as for the side dishes. Kenny Roger's definitely have the better ones. 

#6 Nomsnoms all the way! Four of us again and our second visit to Nadeje together. 

All these food above that I have consumed in these two weeks time. Tooooo many burgers overloaded. But we just couldn't resist good food. There's this thing that the significant other loves doing just to make me annoyed, is to tell people how much I dislike eating pan mee xx burger xx nasi lemak. -____- On the brighter side, we finally had our favorite Jojo's pan mee last night. Felt like heaven #satisfaction. Oh most of the photos above stolen from ze significant other. :)

Lunch on Sat. Our fav pan-mee, but definitely not soup. Couldn't eat our favorit-est chilli pan mee, thanks to sorethroat. You know me best. :) Sat is all about food & companion.   

#60: CNY'13 Bff-s Version

This year is kinda special because I got to celebrate the last day of CNY with the #bff-s. So grateful and glad they exist in my life and being such awesome friends. :') Glad that this small lil' steamboat makan-makan works out. Even though it's just few of us. and finally a toast to a better year. x 

#60: CNY'13 Family Edition

So this year CNY we had something special, having gifts exchange which we usually practice during Christmas. But since we did not have a Christmas family gathering last year, we decided to delay our gift exchange to CNY. Hahah so awesome right. Steamboat is a tradition in our family where we have 3 meals of steamboat a day which last for at least 3 days -___- Seriously steamboat overloaded and what more am not a fan of it at all. Hmm.
